The Marketing Collective Hosts “Marketing Matters” Summit Wednesday March 27

The half-day educational event will include seven area communications professionals presenting on marketing and PR topics and strategies. Breakfast and lunch are included, along with giveaways.

March 1, 2024 (SSPR) Arlington Heights, IL. – Budding entrepreneurs, established business owners, marketing professionals and others interested in the vast world of marketing and a brand’s relationship with the public (PR), are invited to attend the “Marketing Matters” Summit Wednesday, March 27 in Rolling Meadows. This summit will be presented by “The Marketing Collective” – a group of seven northwest suburban communications professionals and business owners with more than 100 years of collective experience – whose goal is to educate and enlighten attendees on the wide range of marketing and PR methods, channels and initiatives that help businesses/organizations stand out from the crowd and reach their target markets and demographics more effectively.

The half-day event will take place at the Blue Sky Auditorium, 3200 Squibb Avenue in Rolling Meadows (Illinois) and begin at 8:30 a.m. when a continental breakfast will be provided, followed by two individual presenters, and then two group presentations/panels from members of The Marketing Collective. Once presentations conclude at noon, lunch will be served, providing networking opportunities until 1 p.m.

“We invite anyone interested in bringing their communications to the next level – both in marketing and PR – to join thought leaders from the northwest suburban business community, to learn how we are looking at the marketing field,” said Patrick Panayotov, Partner with Proceed Innovative and member of The Marketing Collective. “We are showcasing experts in PR, branding, social media, video, SEO, graphic design, signs and promotional items who will share how these mediums and strategies can affect your brand and vision, and how they can be perceived by potential clients and customers.”

Individual presenters will include: Melanie Santostefano of Vicarious Multimedia and St. Steven Public Relations will share her expertise in marketing/PR and how a business or organization’s image and relationship with the public are influenced by any/all activities, both in person and online. Alan Stern of Persona Marketing will show attendees how to stay top of mind on social media using his patented, “H.E.A.T. Method” – utilizing humor, providing education, adding value and building trust.

Group presenters will include Patrick Panayotov of Proceed Innovative and Jason Stallard of Love Local Media Agency will jointly present on how video and business activities online impact EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness).
