“The Ripple Effect” Aims to Transform Lives Through Motivation, Inspiration
Hosted by Vitt Factor Founder, Caden Vittorini (20), the January 4, 2023 event aims to kick off the new year and help people ignite change to achieve dreams.
Bolingbrook, Illinois (SSPR) – Vitt Factor, a company led by Certified Life Coach Caden Vittorini (20) is focused on empowering people to be the best version of themselves. To that end, the company will be hosting a 2nd annual event, The Ripple Effect, Thursday, January 4, 2024, from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. at Bolingbrook Country Club, 2001 Rodeo Drive in Bolingbrook. The event is open to people of all ages – including families and business professionals – who want to connect with others, kick off the new year with positivity and new mindsets – to change their lives and reach their goals.
In early 2023, Vitt Factor’s inaugural large-scale event drew more than 150 attendees and helped to create new and valuable personal and business networks, including 54 people who connected with each other post event; 39 of which have done business together. Additionally, 14 young attendees were inspired through messages of leadership and setting goals to become entrepreneurs and have started their own businesses.
“We are so excited to host this event that will ignite a ripple effect with its high energy and motivational emphasis to empower people to achieve their goals and dreams,” Vittorini said. “The Ripple Effect will offer a fresh, unique approach to traditional networking, share messages about living with purpose and intention, and show every interaction we make in life matters–and can be powerful motivators for positive change.”
Attendees should “dress to impress” as they hear Vittorini share messages of motivation, along with four inspirational speakers to be announced soon. Each attendee will receive a complimentary professional headshot, and families who attend can take advantage of deeply discounted family pictures. There will also be raffles and a silent auction, along with passed heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar, including a Vitt Factor-themed cocktail.

Vitt Factor Movement and Mission
Vitt Factor is leading a movement, with a mission to ensure our leaders of tomorrow (ages 8-18) become the absolute best version of themselves. About Caden Vittorini, Vitt Factor Founder
When Vittorini was younger, his grandmother used to tell him he had the IT FACTOR. She said it repeatedly and it began to resonate; he realized he was very fortunate to be born with a drive that refused to settle for average and was lucky to have IT! This is where the name of Vitt Factor originated. As a certified professional life coach, he believes in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose, and always striving for significant outcomes. “I am determined to help others to find their Vitt Factor,” said Vitt.
Vittorini sees his youth as an asset that compliments his goals to empower young people, and why they achieve results. He strives to relate to challenges they are experiencing, and to stay relevant, showing he understands what they are going through. Vittorini demonstrates to his clients and others he meets through Vitt Factor – that investing in yourself to be your best self IS cool! He has always worked hard for what he wanted and excelled in school and many extra-curricular activities. See below for a bullet list of his achievements (to date):
- Third degree blackbelt in taekwondo, competed nationally in the Junior Olympics.
- Danced competitively in Hip Hop, winning several national championships, and has appeared on America’s Got Talent and got three “YES’S.”
- Played competitive lacrosse in high school and college, won the “Man Up Award.”
- Student at Western Michigan University studying Business & Leadership/Strategy.
- Consistently volunteers in the community to give back to those less fortunate.
Vittorini wants to be a shining example for our next generation of leaders by showing them that their dreams are possible – but that they must have a plan and work hard to achieve their goals, to ensure they can become a reality.
